Review of Freddy vs. Jason (2003) by Bill B — 18 Jan 2013

It was ten years in the making, and I dig Ronny Yu's stylish manner of shooting quite a bit, but it's hard to do anything beyond root against Freddy, because he just comes across as a bullying cunt in this, cruelly tormenting the Jason character when he's regressed to a whimpering retarded child in at least one scene, which in my opinion should put to rest anyone affection for the Freddy character, which is a trend I've never quite understood to begin with.

Worth a look, give it a rental.
