Off-the-wall? Nah, this film is over-the-wall, past the street lamp on the corner, and is probably doing unspeakable things to a dog behind that garbage canister. It is deranged, it is bizarre, and it may very well be one of the most brilliant yet terrible comedies of all time.

I'm not sure yet. I don't really ever want to see it again, I know that much. Tom Green, you are one truly odd man.
