I rate this four stars because it's everything you would want if Tom Green's antics were given a narrative. Just watched this film with my bro and had a blast doing so. There are so many comedians out there who are just ridiculous and don't try to be original; Tom Green is exactly that: original, and different. Sure he's sick and bizarre; but I'd take him over Sean William-Scott, Ben Stiller, Chris Farley, Jason Biggs, Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson, etc any day.
This isn't for everybody though; that's for sure.
