One of the better xmas films of late and it was always gonna be a good one with vince vaughn in the lead and backed by director david dobkin who was behind "wedding crashers" and "i now pronounce you chuck and larry".
it has the general whole heartedness of an xmas movie which is appealling to kids but the funny performances from the cast appeals to adults and makes an all in all entertaining movie.
