Watched this because it was Christmas at the time. Some funny bits - one scene at Siblings Anonymous is quite good, featuring Frank Stallone and Stephen Baldwin, and another involving Kevin Spacey wearing a Superman cape - but in general too long, too sentimental (gotta have a bit of that in a christmas film but not laid on this thick).
Paul Giamatti is good as Saint Nick but Vince Vaughn, not so good - I kinda got the feeling that this was a film written with Adam Sandler in mind but they couldn't get him, so plumped for Vaughn.
