It's thrown under the bus as a cherished Christmas film, and for good reason. It's not horrible, but Giamatti is out of place as St. Nick and Vaughn tries to pass off as the brother of a beloved holiday idol.
That being said, the film does it's job when it comes to slapstick humour.
