Review of Freaky Friday (2003) by Campbell P — 14 Oct 2014

Freaky Friday really surprised me! I was very unsure that this kind of movie would wow me but it did. Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan were a great pair and had great chemistry. The beginning started out a bit rough with how they handled each others roles and I feared it would be like that the whole movie (luckily it didn't).

The middle and the end were both great though! This movie had a good blend of drama and comedy and played that off pretty well and it's also a kids film so even better. It was very light on the cheese too which I appreciated.

The end was the part where you really felt you learned something after all their troubles, and showing the relationship between a mom and her daughter was at a good heartwarming view. Freaky Friday was a solid kids movie that was fun to watch and has a high rewatch value as well.
