Well cast unique parody of recent creature features mixed with socially redeeming gory humor. Columbia execs probably feared this film would go over the heads of most genre fans and opted to give it a minimal theatrical release to satisfy contract terms.
If cultural zombies haven't devoured your brain, you should enjoy this.
