It's all in the name. Freaks galore, definitely more than would have actually been present in a circus in 1932. Interesting that it's labeled horror; don't expect anything thats actually scary.
The armless/legless man is incredible- yeah, he rolled that cigarette himself. You just keep that in mind. Anyway, really fun film, watch the very long documentary in the extras if you watch the dvd, lots of neat facts.
