Review of Frankenweenie (2012) by Jeff F — 21 Mar 2013

I loved the original short film, but this feature length adaptation is missing some of the loving spark, and opts for classic horror homage rather than anything really new and exciting. And while I enjoyed the fact the film is black and white to further the homage, a splash of color (maybe on the reanimated animals) would've been a bit more creative and meaningful.
