Review of Frankenstein's Army (2013) by Mark G — 24 Dec 2013
During the 2nd world war, a squad of Russian soldiers (who speak English the entire time) pick up a fragmented distress signal. Upon finding the source of the signal, they encounter a crazed doctor and his killer creations. Not a bad film at all, although I think the choice to film it in a 'found footage' style was to the detriment of the movie; especially when the footage is of far better quality than would have been possible than what was possible for when the film was set.
Some interesting creations and effects, help the movie to stand out though.
Worth a watch.
