Review of Frankenstein's Army (2013) by Trevor B — 05 Jan 2014
A very interesting film with excellent production investment from around the globe (USA, England, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Russia) puts us in the middle of a war-torn Germany in WWII with a squad of Russians looking to save their comrades only to find chilling nightmare creatures that roam the countryside.
This found-footage horror adventures delivers what it promises in a very grim and gory way with heart-stopping photography and sequences, though a stronger script was possible, and Luke Newberry was wasted with such a small part.
With all that said, if you are fans of these Re-Animator (why would that be...) stories, it's a very entertaining must see!!!
