Frank is the oddest, most unusual film ever made. And that's not a positive note. From start to finish there no real direction as where the events lead and no evidence as to what genre it belongs to.
It fails as a comedy and a drama. Even discovering whose behind the mask wasn't amusing enough to make it charming. There's no other way to say it; this movie is a failure.
