Very loosely based on the Frank Sidebottom character prevalent in the North-west of England in the late 20th century, but I guess the majority of people watching this film probably won't realise that.
For those that don't it's a pretty good on its own, for those that do it's a fair homage to the 'head', but nothing like a biography.... maybe this film will be made in the future.
