Review of Frances Ha (2013) by Robert S — 24 May 2013
I don't rate it as high as the critics did, but it did move me. For most of the movie, Frances was a pathetic twenty-something who refused to grow up. Then she did, at least began to. That's when I started to like her.
Then the movie was over. Maybe I just don't get the very avante garde films.
