Review of Frances Ha (2013) by Simon M — 18 Jan 2014
This movie was about two moments: a description to total strangers about what someone might want from a relationship, and then her experience of a moment in which she gets it. There is some pretty cinematography in between those two moments, and a bunch of blather, and that's the whole movie.
Didn't think much of any of the acting, because none of it was actually acting. Critics like this movie because it makes them feel smart, not because it's any good.
