Review of Frailty (2012) by Elise H — 12 Jan 2009
Frailty is a good example of clever filmmaking as it encorporates a good plot with simple camera effects and uses the least amount of gore possible. The movie relies more on conveying the plans of the father through his disturbing behaviour.
Basically the story is about a man named Fenton (played by Matthew McConaughey) comes to confess that his brother is the God's Hand Killer to the FBI agent (played by Powers Boothe). He tells of how his father was told to kill "demons" by God and that the family must carry out God's plan.
Very chilling flick with excellant perfomances. Definitely worth a look.
