Review of Fracture (2007) by Reem A — 05 Aug 2010
Anthony Hopkins, who is a phenomenal actor makes the movie what it is. Anthony Hopkins plays a similar role as Hannibal Lector, a very intellectual killer who can outsmart everyone. However this film has many flaws, I felt the other actors performances were quite weak.
There's also a ton of mistakes littered throughout the film, most people can pick them up immediately and it really takes away from the story. The script is pretty well written. However, there is ONE MAJOR PLOT HOLE THAT RUINS THE WHOLE MOVIE.
I'm not going to give it away but I'm just going to say it is around the basis of the whole movie, if someone pulled Hopkins trick in the movie, it would've been a 20 minute movie. However I believe it was a decent movie pretty much because of Hopkins and his amazing performance, however the major plot hole ruins the movie.
