Review of Fracture (2007) by Adam C — 23 Jul 2011
It's been a while since I've watched a good legal drama, and the cast list on this one was inspiring. Anthony Hopkins' performance was reminiscent of the one in Silence of the Lambs; namely he plays a criminal mastermind who has all of the other characters in his back pocket.
The progression of the plot was believable but also predictable, and while I was entertained I didn't get much out of the film's final say. Fracture didn't bother to reach too far past its own face value.
