It's extremely well acted by the two leads. It's so entertaining just watching Gosling and Hopkins face off. The plot was really good too, it felt very fresh in my opinion. Another good thing was the cinematography.
It was just very well shot and helped add some extra emotional resonance to some scenes. The only major drawback for me was Rosamund Pike. She just wasn't very good and it sort've drew me back a bit.
But otherwise I really liked this movie.
