Review of Foxy Brown (1974) by Trey I — 04 Jul 2008
This was my first real Blaxploitation film, and it definitely did not disappoint. Pam Grier is both strong and beautiful... that's an understatement... in the title role, and even the great Sid Haig makes a hilarious appearance as a buzzed airplane pilot.
The story had some really great moments that were both fun and dramatic, and never failed to hold my interest from start to finish. Definitely worth checking out for fans of the genre.
