After watching 'Coffy' I was super-excited to see this. Boy was I disappointed. For some unknown reason this plays more like a serious drama and less like it's gleefully fun predecessor. It's even quite boring at times.
A couple of nice touches here and there, but overall it's a bit of a yawn-fest.
