Amazing acting by Tatum and Ruffalo. Really fantastic pacing that builds wonderfully and unfolds into a fairly deep and depressing character study. Carell is the weakest link unfortunately, he's a bit too deliberate.
Though he works well enough to keep you in it throughout.
