Review of Foxcatcher (2014) by Mark P — 01 May 2016
A little slow paced at times, but overall a very well made film with Steve Carrell, Mark Ruffalo and Magic Mike delivering their best performances to date. Foxcatcher isn't a movie you love as much as something you simply appreciate for what it is, a dark character study with wonderful bleak visuals.
There are countless rewarding scenes. Bravo Bennett Miller.
