Carell is excellent in "Foxcatcher", creating tension and putting us in an uneasy place by his out-of-place timing, reactions and cadences. He's downright creepy! Ruffalo and Tatum also were very strong performers.
Great cinematography and atmosphere make up for a slow script, which is really more character driven than event driven. "Foxcatcher" is a very well done film worth seeing.
