Main story sucks. MacDowell is annoying and hateful.
Put the things in this way: if Charles hadn't met the American girl I would have liked the movie.
What I mean is that the two main characters and the relation they develop are the problem of the film.
Charles' friends, the weddings, the funeral, all the rest is very good.
