Review of Four Weddings and a Funeral (1994) by Prateek M — 06 Oct 2009
A sweet romantic comedy with a haughty viewpoint on holy matrimony.Hugh Grant's elegant personality coupled with his impeccable comic timing works wonders for the movie especially during the sober wedding ceremonies.
The supporting cast with a unique set of characters are subtle and wanton in their performances, never delving into hyperbole.Although Andie MacDowell could have done better with her role but it was the exorbitant duration of the movie that kind of acted as a major glitch.
