Allison Anders' segment was bad, Alexandre Rockwell's starts out decent and gets better, Robert Rodriguez's segment is hilarious especially with Antonio Banderas, then Quentin Tarantino's is also really funny and the situation ends the movie really well.
Overall, a funny movies with a crappy start.
