Review of Four Rooms (1995) by Bruno L — 06 Sep 2009
I tie this movie to so many great times and conversations, it's difficult to be objective. I still love that music. It's an ambitious undertaking, and not always great: The scene with Madonna's the worst, especially after the great animated intro credits. The one with Tarantino has 2 great things: The one continuous, 20 minute take, and the ending (Awesome). Althugh the traditional QT rambling monologue-style is grating towards the end. The strongest scene is the Misbehavors, with Banderas. Tim Roth was a manic consistency in all the various directed scenes.
I'm still wondering who that blonde with the beehive-ish hair-doo is in all the covers...
