Review of Four Rooms (1995) by Kenny M — 24 Dec 2013
Worth it for fun Rodriguez/Tarantino segments. This is a fun slice of 90's indie cinema. I wasn't in love with the first 2 segments but they were novel enough to keep me onboard and David Proval's scary-funny line delivery had me giggling spastically as usual.
It's worth noting that my opinion is biased because I became a movie geek in the 90's, when every independent film I could view was a special treat. I've become spoiled since then but I'll always long for the days when I could view films like this with more enthusiasm than skepticism.
Anyway, take this jam session film for the fun 90's indie throwback it is and you shouldn't be disappointed.
