Run of mill really. Distrusting prison guards, alpha prisoner trouble, old wisened mentor, Nazis, Lesbians, vicious chair beatings and double glazing...
Still, ich mag Deutsche film, and the interesting (often brutal) twists from a tired format (music set me free!) kept me very interested.
