Review of Four Lions (2010) by Jon H — 14 Feb 2011
I waited a long time for this film having seen early ideas when it was to be "a comedy version of United 93" - instead it is a clever Ealing comedy meets July 7. Many people will expect to be offended by such a concept, but it is handled in an endearing and smart way with pathos.
The smart aspect is the humanizing of the terrorists, which is more real than other post 911 realizations. It's rubber dinghy rapids bro.
