Review of Four Lions (2010) by Andreas O — 20 Jul 2011
Timely satire about the supposed islamic terrorist threat or - rather - the disproportionate western fear for it. With its ink-black humor and unrealistic characters, it really stands out. Sure, the comedy is perhaps not always spot-on and some scenes are more cringe-worthy than funny, but any movie where an aspiring terrorist accidentally blows up a sheep is worth it in my view.
