Vaughn and Witherspoon do their best, but this romantic comedy wrapped in Christmas packaging leaves much to be desired in terms of Christmas spirit. Does the man always have to be the bad guy, and is marriage always the answer? I prefer Woody Allen's answer instead of the studios'.
