Review of Four Brothers (2005) by Andy W — 13 Jun 2011
Sort of enjoyable action drama, which transposes the Western to an urban, gang-violence setting. Its competent, but not exactly switched on in the brain department. The acting at times is a little wooden, the script veers from zingy one-liners to dumb exposition.
It out-stays its welcome after a while, and flip-flops between gritty and cheesey, but for most part its watchable.
