I don't know what to say. I've just finished watching this. It's the best cop movie I've ever seen. There are some great performances, (Paul Newman stands out, but then he would), but the star of the movie's got to be the Bronx.
It's the setting that makes it, not the actors, the plot or even the action - and there's plenty of that. The ending? Ohhhhhh . . . . son of a *bitch*. Worth anybody's time.
