Wow, what a great film! So subtle and yet so grand. It says so much in simple looks, glances. Fonda was tremendous as a form obsessed glory hound and Wayne was understated yet stoic. Everything is set up so perfectly and with such precision that you could watch it silently and still get the point.
I was damn impressed.
