A grandious Western with lot of great Battles, beautiful Pictures of the Desert Nature with all it strange Mountains, a bombastic Soundtrack brilliant directed and shoted with lot of great Cavalry Scenes, lively Dialoges, the great John Wayne as Upright Officer, Henry Fonda as a Useless Wannabe Napoleon and the beautiful Shirley Temple it shows the Senseless of War and Tragic of the Conflict between the Whites and the Indians and that many Conflicts are based on the Decisions of cack-handed Commandants.
