Review of Forsaken (2016) by Ray B — 05 Sep 2016

I am starting to wonder of these so called critics even watch the movies they are reviewing. Maybe it's because they watch and review too many movies and theye have become jaded and have preconceived and lowered expectations.

Or perhaps they are afraid to give a movie a good review in fear of their opinion being opposite of the status quo. Or maybe just maybe, one criticket gives it a bad review and then they all jump aboard themail band wagon.

Regardless, once again the audience has gotten it right and the critics look like fools. This is a superb western with all the right ingredients. It was so good I almost expected Eastwood and Wayne to ride into town.

It's got everything you could ask for in a classic cowboy western. It may start a tad bit slow but it builds at a perfect western pace and finishes fast and furious. Father and son Sutherland deliver eye watering and hear felt performances.

The supporting cast was terrific. I loved this film.
