Review of Forrest Gump (1994) by Rasmus M — 07 May 2015
Imaganite and gripping movie, that alternately makes you both laugh and cry. Tom Hanks brings out outstanding performance as a dumb but sympathetic Forrest Gump who goes trough life without even realizing how many great historical events he takes part in.
Sentimentality is the films biggest problem, but the simple charm helps you forgive that and see the actual deepness.
