Review of Forrest Gump (1994) by Mary Kathryn P — 17 Mar 2014
Sentimental and heartfelt to a fault, Forrest Gump is a Southern classic full of charm, wit, and grace. Tom Hanks plays his character so effortlessly that it doesn't even seem like he's acting.
Flawless. Though the film's over sentimentality and uneven pacing may not make it the greatest movie in the world, it is a feel good film that will always remain a classic.
