Review of Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008) by Logan B — 25 Oct 2012
This is the type of movie that grows on you. Jason Segel is a modern day John Candy. It seems no matter what role he is playing, you instantly start pulling for him. He is an endearing actor, and his script (he even wrote the dang thing too) show off that uncanny quality that he possess.
It fulfills all the expectations of the raunch comedy amply, but there is more to this film. It has heart and in comedies, that goes a long way.
