Review of Forever Strong (2008) by Steve S — 13 May 2009

Pretty good sports movie, kind of cliched on the outset. troubled teen gets arrested, reforms by joining the outreach rugby program, at first clashes with teammates, then forms a bond with them, so on and so on, but this story doesn't bore you and actually keeps you interested.

sean farris doesn't expand at all in his acting, but gary cole and neal mcdonough are both great. also it's good to see penn badgley play such a prick. I was pretty sure he could pull it off.
