Review of Foreign Intrigue (1956) by Dimitri P — 02 Oct 2012
I liked this film. I feel it´s underrated. Yes, a bit wooden/studio at times but on the whole very watchable. Good acting. Thank God for the absence of stupid action and sadistic violence. It does contain some ideas and realistic dialogue, something you canÃ,´t say about many "modern" flicks.
One has to remember what the world looked like in the 50s when the question of war crimes still was something very real.
