Review of Forces of Nature (2012) by Riley S — 29 Mar 2008

Not really that great. But i'm not a rom-com fan anyway. I mean, there was actually some really neat cinematography here. The parts with the rain and the snow and then the hurricane at the end...that was all pretty impressive.

usually the cinematography is so unworthy of mention because it tends to be so boring and basic in romantic comedies. but other than that I really didn't enjoy it that much, I think mainly because of ben affleck.

I mean, he really didn't do a very good job in this movie. sandra bullock was much more convincing. he only seemed to go half-way. I actually really liked the end tho. I loved the fact that they didn't end up together and drive off happily into the sunset after knowing one another for two days.

I mean, it was just really nice to have him realize that "new and exciting" doesn't last...or whatever. anyways, not a huge fan, but I found that the ending pulled it together for me.
