I'm not really sure how much forcing you had to do to get Chuck to take some vengeance on the bad guys. He seemed pretty willing to kick some ass right from the get go. He did kick some ass in this one.
It may have dragged a little in parts, but enough action happened to make up for it. The neon fight was pretty cool as well.
