By far the worst bond film i've seen. there was virutally no story to it and the action sequences were poorly choreographed on all occasions. topol couldn't have made it more silly if he'd have jumped up on a roof and started fiddling for the jews.

what was the bit at the end about? with maggie thatcher and her hubbie? I mean, c'mon. the rest wasn't far off. it came across as a piss take of itself. was this bond film meant to be serious or funny? I honestly couldn't tell.

hmm... at least the editor earnt his pay splicing in numerous head shots of moore whenever he had to slightly run or breathe heavily. I won't mention the love scenes...
