One of the top 5 Bond movies ever, and definitely the best of Roger Moore's tenure as 007. The story is well crafted and the acting is excellent, particularly by Moore and Topol. This movie stands the test of time extremely well because it's far less campy than Moore's earlier Bond films, and the story is more realistic and action packed.
The stunts are non-stop, and most are still as thrilling today as they were in 1981. The monastery climbing scene is still one of the best and most unique Bond stunts ever. For Your Eyes Only is a must see for audiences of all ages.
