Roger Moore's second best film simply because it's a little less suited to his personality than the spy who loved me. But everything comes together beautifully with brilliantly cast Julian Glover as Kristatos and Bonds ally Columbo (Topol) Squaring against one another with nuclear war hanging in the balance.
