Review of For Your Eyes Only (1981) by Paul K — 17 Jan 2010
After Moonraker, Moore looked bad, but this film gets Moore back on track as Bond. While 007 doesn't have futuristic obstacles, his mere job is to recover a device that would give the Soviets a tactical advantage, simple.
The events leading up to film were decent and fun to watch. Despite Moore beginning to look old, he is still believable as James Bond. Sadly this was the Swan Song for Roger Moore, at least for the good Roger Moore movies.
MISSION SUCCESS.
